This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from MY DEAR COFFEE (the "Physical Goods").
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any Manufacturer Defects
The warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser of the product.
How long does the coverage last?
It depends on our supplier's warranty, different warranty applies to different brands.
Warranty by Brand
- 1-Year Warranty with proof of purchase on all parts. Labor may be extra depending on the product. Please contact us for additional warranty details by machine. Repair and installation facilities around the country.
- 1 Year Parts and Labor on all Mahlkonig grinders
Quick Mill, Groupo Izzo, La Spaziale, Rocket
- All of our home machines for these brands come with a Minimum 1 Year Warranty for Parts and Labor (unless a longer warranty is noted in the product description).
- One-year manufacturer's warranty for electrical parts and labor with suggested maintenance
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
- Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
- Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance or modification- Damaged or destroyed by natural causes including but not limited to lightning, flood, or other natural disasters- Theft or loss of the Physical Goods MY DEAR COFFEE will not pay for shipping charges.
The customer shall assume all risk of loss or damage while in transit.
